"I’m new to the area and chose this dentistry because of the amazing reviews and it’s about 5 mins away from my house, talk about convenience! During my first visit, I waited in the reception area for almost 45 mins and decided to leave so I didn’t get the chance to be seen. The front desk was very apologetic and was eager to reschedule my appointment - I decided to give them a second chance. During my second visit, I waited 45 mins again in the reception area but asked the front desk when did they expect me to be seen; shortly afterwards a staff member called my name and I went to the back into another area but sat there for about 30 mins. When another staff member stopped by, she said we will be right with me but I decided to shared my disappointment. The dentist was very apologetic and even asked his team to make a note on my file to ensure I didn’t wait that long again so I moved forward with scheduling my next appointment. A couple of days later, I received a voice message from the front desk stating they needed to reschedule my appointment as the dentist could no longer see me on the date/time I scheduled. In the voice message, I was asked to return their call and to leave a voice message, if needed. I returned the call and had to leave a voice message. In my message I shared my availability and callback number. As of today, I have not heard back from the office. I’m disappointed at this experience and have decided to look elsewhere to avoid my time being wasted again."

Jolie, Tasha and the rest of the staff was very diligent in calming my nerves and showing me there was no need to be concerned. They worked with me in taking care of all of my needs. And Dr Harrison was very kind and gentle, and a very jovial person. Just what I needed to put my mind at ease. Thank you for truly being the best."

"I usually have a great experience when coming to best care dental. So, I was surprised when I arrived and was told that I wasn't listed on the schedule even though my appointment was booked in March 2023. I had to wait an hour before being seeing and was on the verge of rescheduling, when they assured me that I would get the next available chair. I was frustrated with the situation, but Yolonda and Pebbles were very professional and accommodating given the circumstances. Even though I wasn't prepared to wait that long, I'm glad that I did because Julia really took my experience from a negative to a positive. She was very polite and thorough with my cleaning! I'm also appreciative of the helpful tidbits that she offered regarding ways to improve my oral care. Loydette was also very kind. We had the opportunity to connect on hair journeys while she completed my X-rays! Dr. Harrison was very entertaining and provided some insight regarding sensitivity that I was experiencing. I also really enjoyed the music selection while waiting and receiving services!"
