"My mother went to have teeth pulled. She is a renal patient and they pulled 4 teeth all at once. She was black and blue over half her face and under her chin. She continued throwing up for 3 days. She went to the ER and inside her mouth got infected. She called to let them know what happened and staff asked did she need some pain pills instead of being apologetic. My mother could’ve died."

"First I would like to say, this is the worst office l've worked at...the doctor is overly mean and disrespectful in front of patients, he barley gets business(been in the same raggedy office for over 10 years and don't even have 50 good reviews) and it's alot of HIPPA violations in the office, I wouldn't recommend getting your teeth checked here AT ALL. I didn't even want give one star I want to give ZERO..."

"I’ve been coming here for 12 years. Consistently this office has met every need.The front office staff is awesome at scheduling visits and making sure your needs are taken care of. Doc Mosley and his techs are thorough and gentle and care about the patient. People are correct in their critique that there is a lot of tech turn over, but in 12 years I have never had one that has not been gentle, sweet, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!"

"Unprofessional and unorganized staff. Going to the dentist can be nerve wrecking. Feeling unwelcome as if you're interrupting their day and an inconvenience is the worst. I guess it was a hectic day at the office for them eventhough the lobby only had one person in it...me! I left before any services by the dentist. Again, I didn't feel welcome by the front office staff so there was NO WAY I was going to let their boss touch me! Dr. Mosley...in case no one ever told you, your staff is a representation of you and the type of service to be expected. Good luck on building stable and committed clients with your current front office staff. Professionalism makes a difference."

"I just had my first appointment here a couple of months ago and my experience here was awesome. I have not been to the dentist in awhile and thank God I didn't need more work done other than a regular cleaning. The staff was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. I have even referred a few friends from work and they have went here as well and also had nothing but good things to say. I will be scheduling an appointment for my daughter soon."
