"Ask who is seeing patients before you pay them! We had a nurse practitioner tonight who was too preoccupied to listen and when I tried to explain why I needed a particular antibiotic for my son’s pink eye, she refused and absolutely would not hear me out. When I needed to ask some questions about what she was prescribing, she walked out of the room and never came back. I tried to explain that I had had it, my husband had it and my other son. She spent a total of 4 minutes with us. No compassion at all. This isn’t normal pink eye, there’s a horrible sore throat, fever and just overall aches and pain. Alisha Hightower is in the wrong profession."

They remain professional, kind, and respectful. They take your health seriously and if you are having trouble with your medical insurance, they’ll help you in any way they can without billing you insane amounts like some other local hospitals.
