"Dr. Elgas is wonderful. However the office and building are a bit run down. Currently a lot of construction all down Kipling and in front of their office building. I was going to be more than 15 minutes late because of it and they charged me a $75 missed appointment fee and I called. Feel free to advise your patients about the construction.."
