"This place is definitely my favorite dentistry in Atlanta. The building is tuck away off from the main street so you will need GPS to find this place. The entrance is below street level so it will be hard to see. The staff is always friendly and they always are on time with their appointments. They have not tried to up sell me on something or tell me that I need procedures that I know I don't need."

"Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Dr. Sandvi and her team. Knowing I had some reservations and insecurities due negative past experiences, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I wound up needing an extraction today and it was the least traumatic experience I’ve gone through with the worst tooth I’ve ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and explained what was happening every step of the way. We came up with a short and long term plan that I am comfortable with and for the first time in my life, I’m optimistic about restoring my smile."

"UPDATE: Someone called and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I received a bill in the mail months after and was charged finance charges and $5 paper statement charges! I had no idea what the charges were without receiving a bill. I can't pay a bill if I don't know how much it is, and I'm not going to call and ask. For all I know, insurance covered it in full. When I did receive the bill in the mail months later, I went to pay online but there was no option. Something said they need my email address. They have my email address from when I filled out my new patient paperwork. Tried calling and couldn't get through. Left message for someone to call me and no one EVER called. When someone calls ME back, I will pay the original charges due. I'm not paying these ridiculous finance charges. This seems like a scam to collect more money. I took back my original recommendation I gave to my friends and family and found a new dentist that was so easy to pay my bill. So keep in mind you may not get the bill in the mail for months but you will still be responsible for finance charges for not paying for those months that you did not receive the bill. Update: Someone FINALLY called me today to make sure I pay them. I paid the bill. I pay all of my bills. I'm not going to argue about the extra $30 in interest and paper statement charges. Dent1st is losing more money by me telling my company, friends, and family about my experience, and not recommending them for dental services."

"I went to the Norcross Dentfirst today for a cleaning and had to take medication before the cleaning but they would not clean my teeth because they said I needed a deep cleaning for the first time ever which my insurance did not cover and they wanted 648.00 for the deep cleaning. I wasted my medication for a service that they wouldn’t do. I am not very happy about this. I really like the hygienist but this experience has made me very unhappy with Dentfirst and there’s nothing I can do about it."
