"My cat was badly injured, we had a tree fall on our home and it was totally destroyed. I had 4 cats at the time. When the accident happened, 3 out of my 4 cats were recovered. Walter, my 4th cat, was lost for 24 hrs. My neighbor found him in high weeds, and he was being attacked by a dog. My cat was hurt really bad. We were referred to Kirkpatrick by my brother. My Walter was very dehydrated and hurt so bad. They gave him fluids, cleaned his wounds, and did bloodwork. They kept him overnight and called me to pick him up the next day. Walter was alert but was not eating, drinking, or using the catbox. I was told he probably doesn't like our food and to give him his antibiotics twice a day. They never xrayed him or even told me if he would be ok. If I knew he was coming home to die, I would have told them to put him down. Three days later, Walter passed. My heart is broken. I sat by his side day and night, pushing fluids and antibiotics. Walter cried when he moved, I planned to take him to a different vet on the following Monday to see if they could cath him. I just wish I could have been told something, and I was not told anything. I paid $316.00 and 3 days later $110.00 to have him cremated. It was not Dr. Kirkpatrick that saw my Walter. Honestly, I don't know if they did all they could to help. Communication was not good. Im very sad that I lost my home and my cat."

"This place and the vets and vet techs within are absolutely an amazing wonderful group of people. My Coopie had to have her eye removed after it ruptured from glaucoma. Dr Tommy really showed he cared for my furbaby but made this momma feel at ease. I was very concerned about the anesthesia due to my babies age and he not only explained how they use something else in aged furbabies he also went over the surgery. When I picked her up the staff was so caring and wonderful. They explained her meds to me how to give them. Their kindness and service was impeccable. I will never take my babies anywhere else. I love a place that treats you like family not a number."
