Evans Genise a DDS

"Stay away at all cost! The practice of Genise Evans saw me August 2022. They recommended deep-cleaning and obtained authorization. I paid my copayment amount to the practice. Half of the service was rendered in September 2022. On my next visit they denied service because I was out of the country recently (that is my job). I could not get back in to finish treatment. At the end of the year Southern Smiles dropped my insurance as payor. I finally got a new provider and requested my medical records from Southern Smiles but they deny the request. I told them that it is illegal to withhold medical records but the office manager told me she would not care. I paid my full quoted bill of over $400.00 and received only half the treatment. She denied me talking to the Dentist. Horrible service! Teh receptionist Alisha (or similar) is just plain rude and has no clue about patient's rights."
