It had been over a year since I saw her so when I went in this morning I was considered a new patient and they aren’t accepting new patients right now I was told. But I’m not a new patient I told them. Yes I am because It has been over a year since saw her he said. I said, so you are saying she’s not going to see me because I haven’t needed to see her. He said yes. Insulting to say the least."

"NO STARS. Receptionist could care less at being at his seat and answering my concerns today. He was on his cellphone and when I asked if I could still be seen and just billed later due to insurance problems he had the nerve to hold up his finger and WALKED DOWN THE HALL TO ANOTHER ROOM AND SHUT THE DOOR! After waiting even longer for him to return I was fed up and just left! I have no review on the Dr because I wasn't even given a chance to correctly get information in to be seen. If you are going to have a business like this at least make sure someone is up front instead of walking away for long periods of time on their cellphone or find someone to actually do the job!"

"I've Only See Her Once So Far. I Liked Her Really Well... Getting Ready To Go See Her Today, I Woke Up Yesterday With Both Feet Swollen. Today my hands are Swollen. Also I Will Start Getting My Blood Work Done There. For My Thyroid Dr. In Columbus, That Way I Don't Have To Go To Columbus To Get Blood Work. So I Will Be Seeing Dr. Shriver More Frequently. She Nice Doesn't Talk At You, She Talks To You. Also I Believe She Cares About, All Of Her Patients. I Know Where Her Practice Is Located, For Me It Is Very Convenient...."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Someone in my family went in for her cough and some other issues related to the cough. She expressed valid concerns and Shriver, after doing a few tests, determined she was there to get pills, accused her for doctor hopping FOR pills, and said she’s only dehydrated. She said, and I quote, “we can’t treat you today, and we won’t be treating you in the future.” Why? Because she came into a doctor’s office when she was sick? I don’t care how sick I get, I won’t be going back to Shriver. She made a scene and the receptionist apparently wouldn’t even make eye contact with my family member. Ridiculous."
