"People really, their human too they have to eat as well they are there for hour before you show up to be seen so they need to eat if your hungry try eating before you go. Things in a Dr's office take time this is not your first visit to a drs office you know how it works. Try being nice to the people who are there to take care of you. You get better service when your nice than when your being nasty"

"why is this place even allowed to treat patients who need ACTUAL care…between the amount of under-qualifications and insufficient medical care myself and others have witnessed and received first hand, there needs to be something done about this. the lack of patient care and blatant disregard for patient needs in this building is unreal. this place is unfit to handle the serious medical needs of its patients. i will say that there are very few there who are wonderful to work with, but the rest of their staffing and management needs serious readjustment at the minimum."

"The physical therapist chelsy Shockley is amazing with my daughter!!! She is very sweet and professional about all she does and she truly cares about my daughter and her recovery. I highly recommend her because she does her job and shows how much she cares in the same time."

"I cannot speak for any experiences with doctors/actual appointments here aside from the ER but when I tell you that some of these nurses will go so far as to cause life changing circumstances because they’re on a power trip, I’m not being dramatic. You are so much better off going to the clinic on Pattonsville road. I don’t think I could ever step foot here after the horrific experience I had with a nurse who was so hateful and rude that she fully lied on a report we later had printed. So concerning for the patients being treated here :( Why is some of the staff so rude and cold? You are working at a literal hospital - the worst place for you to hate working with people."

"Took my husband here because he ripped open his knee with a chainsaw on accident, it was down to the bone. The triage nurse Wendy said since it’s not bleeding it’s not an emergency and he can wait. They made us wait 6 hours in the lobby, and once the doctor finally called him back she said she couldn’t treat him and he needed to go to a larger hospital. All that waiting with a large laceration down to the bone sitting OPEN (they didn’t even clean it for him) just to be told they couldn’t help him. The triage nurse Wendy should’ve done her job better and told him to go to a different hospital immediately."
