"I recently had a crown installed at Ideal Dental, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience because I had to get it redone after it was improperly seated. After the permanent crown was installed, I noticed the next day that my bite felt different. They were helpful in scheduling my appointment for the following day to see what was wrong, where I learned from a different dentist that the crown hadn’t been seated properly, and had to be redone. So, they had me go to their Decatur office to install a temporary crown, then another appointment for the permanent crown. I’m glad that they were willing to cover the replacement crown free of charge, but it was very annoying to have three additional dental visits for what should have been an easy procedure."

"From the reception, to the DA, to the Dentist, everyone here was fantastic and very welcoming. I have some dental trauma from childhood, so have neglected somethings. Especially because a lot of the dentists I've had as an adult weren't great. But here, everyone was patient, understanding of my history, worked with my budgets, and most importantly my dentist was gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. I hate that I need multiple appointments because of my history, but I'm happy they're here."

"Walking through the door I was greeted with genuine smiles. My insurance had gotten mixed up on my end and this office went above and beyond. So Let me explain…. After my insurance couldn’t be verified, another office would have rescheduled me. However everyone wanted to see me get what I came for which was an extraction. The extraction almost turned into oral surgery as it took some time to get that stubborn tooth out. Dr. Brown wanted to make sure I left with no pain and able to enjoy thanksgiving next week. The ladies in the back have beautiful personalities just as the front office staff. Overall this office is extremely informative and patient. Nice Melodie’s playing in the background and clean. The level of care I received today from Dr. Brown and those ladies have me ready for my next appointment. They have several locations but my Ideal Experience shout-out goes to Dr. Brown, ladies up front and the back @ Chastain Park, Atlanta Ga."
