"Absolutely the WORST dental office. Unethical, rude and fraudulent charges. I booked my first appointment for a cleaning. After 2 hours of x-rays I was informed that I would need to return the next week for the cleaning as the dentist had to leave. I was not very happy as that meant taking another day off work but rescheduled the cleaning along with more work for the following week. Before rescheduling I asked what the cost would be and paid in full when the work was performed. A few weeks later my daughter called to let me know that she had received a 400.00 bill for the 2nd visit. The reason she received it was because the office had combined our records. Quite professional of them and a violation of hipaa laws. I called my insurance company and was told there was no money due and the dental office had tried to charge twice for the cleaning. I called the office and after checking they found they owed me money. After their unethical behavior I decided not to return and asked for my records. I asked for all records but received an email with the x-rays only with the explanation that the copier was broken. Sure it was. I called back and again asked for all the records by mail. The rudeness of the person was unbelievable and she refused to send them although they are required to do so by law. I called the headquarters in Illinois and at first they were confused due to the combined records but said they would make sure I received the records and the money owed.It took almost 2 months to get the records and that was after being lied to and told they were sent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice."

"Great dentist and hygienist but horrendous billing department. Was told I had a credit on my account at checkout on my last visit and would receive a check within two weeks. After multiple calls over the next three months, was ultimately told no credit was owed and I gave up, making my next appointment with a different dentist which is a shame given that the actual medical practitioners here are fantastic. Over 8 months later got an email saying I have a credit on my account and should make an appointment to use it! Salt on the wound! Got a check two weeks after immediately calling in response to the email but never once got an apology. Multiple chances at service recovery and not one was taken."
