"I can’t imagine a more perfect dental appointment experience. The offices are beautiful and welcoming. I didn’t wait at all before being taken back for X-rays, exam and cleaning. Alissa, who took my X-rays, was delightful and very thorough in making sure my films were good. Dr. Velasco was bubbly and positive…such amazing energy! She addressed my concerns and spent a lot of time with me so I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the process. Erica, the hygienist, was wonderful and gentle! All three were warm and engaging, each telling me about their personal and professional backgrounds and asking me about mine. Each called me by my nickname, as well as the receptionists. I’m thrilled to have found this practice within walking distance to my home! A few days later, I received a handwritten note with a gift card! Nice touch! Update: Just had my 6 month appointment and, as expected, the experience was fabulous! Jessica was a great hygienist, so personable and professional. Dr. Velasco continues to be thorough in her approach to dentistry and delightful."

"My dentists and dental assistants are awesome. Everything is super clean and organized. After the dental assistant is done with the cleaning, the dentist always takes time to look at my teeth and tell me anything I need to be concerned about (or not concerned about ). I think they are also really good at filing paperwork with the insurance company because I don't get any extra bills from the insurance company."
