"As a new patient we are always observing how we are treated from the time we enter the threshold to check out My experience today was GOOD. The front office was pleasant and friendly. My hygienist was very Nice! I had a small request and she was very accommodating to my situation. The only issue that I had was that the dr. didn't have much bedside manners, I didn't catch his name, if i didn't look over my shoulder I would have seen his face. He was very short ( 1 min visit ), not sure if he was just busy / behind. (8:30 appointment) In my world that makes a difference when you're a new patient and you may possibly cause me pain. I plan on going back to see if it was just me."
