"I just recently purchased a house in Dothan about 4 months ago with an above ground pool and I have never had to maintain a pool before. I have been going crazy trying to figure out how to get the pool back up and running. I went into pinch a penny in Dothan and Blake was extremely helpful!! He was very patient with me since I had a lot of questions and took the time to answer all of my questions! He explained everything I needed to do to get my pool back up and running as well as wrote everything down for me! I was super impressed with his knowledge and will continue to shop here because of Blake! Please recognize him for his outstanding service!!"
"SUPER helpful staff. I bought a hot tub from Hughes in Enterprise, regret that (once they were paid, getting help has been difficult to non-existent. Sound system is still not working after install and the chemical treatment information help was totally wrong AND incomplete), but Pinch-A-Penny got me squared away quick. Tom is a whiz at the water testing and Taylor, well, she's the font of all things hot tub treatment related. I'm a newbie to hot tubbing and Taylor broke the information down Barney-style for me. Turns out my salt water system needs salt. Hughes said "add 7 cups, you'll be fine,"(after originally telling me one cup); but Taylor explained it has to be administered one cup at a time every TWO hours. The hot tub is working nicely now and the water is in great condition thanks to Pinch-A-Penny. I recommend them to anyone in need of pool/spa care."
