"I love Brittany D, Melissa, & Michelle. They really do care about their patients. The only reason for 4 stars is it’s hard to get ahold of the front desk sometimes & leaving voicemails for refills is kind of a pain. Especially when they know most insurances want 90 day supplies, but they only call in a month."

"Had an appointment this morning, I got caught up in traffic and arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time, and only 5 minutes after they opened. The clerk called Ms. Holifield and was informed that we would need to reschedule because she wasn’t even at work yet. Can this area not get any good medical care providers?"

"I only write reviews when I feel I need to. There are exceptional people who work in this facility and there are some who aren’t. Went for a visit with Michelle’s “nurse” and waited for over 20 minutes, I was not even called to be triaged ( sick patients have to park around back and are called over the phone), so I went to take my son pee and I was no showed. Then the “nurse” lied and said she was coming to get me and that wasn’t true because I wasn’t even triaged. Wasted 45 minutes of my time because of the bitter medical assistant who works for her. Dr Basham is amazing and her medical assistants are. I feel badly for Michelle because she’s a good nurse practitioner but the facility could use some upgrades with the bedside manners.I called and spoke to a supervisor but I truly don’t believe things get handled appropriately. If I could reach corporate, I would."

"Had a great experience. Went in for a physical. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr Jazzmine Basham is great, attentive and professional. Lab staff was wonderful and the front office was extremely helpful in providing affordable options for me as an uninsured patient. I would definitely recommend to others."
