"They keep changing up there system. So last time I called to pay my insurance they asked me if I would like to set up the card on my account so I wouldn't have to keep calling them which I knew they had a newer system thing going bc now u can call and pay without having to talk to anyone. So I get it set up and today I got a message saying my insurance was cancled????? I called to see what is going on bc its suppose to come out of my debt card...at least that's what I was told which I had it on speaker when I was told that and so the person I was with heard it all to so I know I didn't hear wrong. But I call and she tells me that they dont do that and that they probably just saved my card on file so next time I called in they would already have it. The issue is that's not what i was told. So I asked what do I do bc it makes me nervous that I dont have insurance, she told me she would call me back. When she called me back she tells me I am gonna have to do the down payment again ..the first 3 months of insurance. I don't make alot of money that's alot of money for me and all bc someone gave me the wrong information. I told her idk if I can stay with them bc of that. Then she gets all snapy with me, and honestly I don't think I deserved it I was being so nice even tho someone told me wrong information..etc I told her I am the one who will be getting hurt from this and idk why she is getting snapy with me when I'm not being snapy back. That's when I kinda lose it I start crying bc I'm stress and she which her name was Katie is being rough with me over the phone. I told her so I am gonna get punished for being told the wrong information?? And then again she just is snapy.. I told her I am nervous to go without insurance and now apparently I have driven to work with out it and she was like teachly it only expired yesterday so it's only been a day.... I will not be going back with Alfa ever again.. I am now gonna have to pay a couple of hundred dollars bc of someone's misunderstanding of their system and I understand people make mistakes but its gonna cost me and Katie was super rude to me. The women who made the mistake I dont remember her name.. all I know is I loved her she was always so nice and sweet every time I came in.. I understand she def didnt mean to give me wrong information.. but that's why I gave this a 2 star.. would have gave it a one star but since that one lady was always so nice I thought it deserved a 2."
