"Had a great time bowling, staff not very friendly and kids running everywhere! Just uncontrolled. If you like to bowl professionally... not the place to go. Really unorganized."
"my friend and i had a lot of fun bowling here, but the older man behind the counter was very rude to us from the moment we walked in the door. we were respectful and polite but he talked down to my friend repeatedly and made us feel very uncomfortable with his obvious contempt. really wish the atmosphere was better because it was a good place to bowl, and the rest of the staff seemed to be friendly."
"Took my granddaughter bowling for the first time. She is 3 and was so excited. The gentleman that waited on us did not have an ounce of customer service skills. Our lane kept jamming up, our balls would not return, it would clear pins for no reason. So after the 4th time, we decided to leave. Upon returning the shoes I informed him, we left before finishing due to the issues. Never once apologized or offered to reduce our bill. The lady that brought our food order to us was so sweet and polite."
"Management made it very uncomfortable for us by steering at us in a rude manner from the moment we walked through the door. We were there with our kids for our daughter's 9th birthday, so we didn't let her bother us, nor did we say anything. We enjoyed our time that cost us so much money and figured to leave this review. The shop wasn't open till after 6p.m. and we couldn't even get our bowling balls polished or the finger holes re-drilled. Overall, we were not pleased. If we're gonna spend that much money to bowl, we'll find a place with management that appreciates the business."
"First time here. Staff wasn't very friendly at all. Prices that comes up on the screen are hard to read being that bowling and shoes are different prices and then are on direct screens, not really sure how much I paid per person. Put us in-between a few groups of people who had taken all the seats instead of spreading out into the open lanes, guess that's just the way they do it. Asked about adult beverages but we're told " not right now" unsure if that meant they have them at all!? Overall I would try another location next time."
