"Took my son here to play some arcade games and was extremely disappointed. I purchased a $20 game card. Second game we played, air hockey, took our money and didn't release a puck. I went to the counter and told the attendant who said that maintenance hasn't been doing what they're supposed to. I told her that she might want to get a sign to put on it so she doesn't have to come back out to it, but she didn't. She came and swiped another table with her card for us to play. Later we played an alien shooting game in the back corner which I swiped twice so that my son and me could play. Player two didn't work and player one gun wouldn't reload. I was going to let it go as a loss. We then played Ghostbusters which the gun for player 2 didn't work, so that was a waste. I stopped the lady attendant that had previously helped as I saw her walking by. I told her what happened to both games. She told me to tell the guy at the counter and he would reload my game card. I told the guy at the counter and he took no action other than loading my card. When we finished playing we cashed out our points and the two ladies at the counter were more worried about their personal conversation than listening to my son tell her how he wanted to spend his 90 tickets. The poor service and the lack of marking games as broken will keep me from coming back to this place. Think about how many people that may not say that it took their money. When a game is broke let folks know. For the air hockey the attendant could have just took the white hand drivers off the table. Because both people took no action I can only believe it is management's call not to mark games as broken."

"Really good place for family’s and friends but the food is a little pricey and it’s really cold so I would bring a jacket if your planning on going some games are broken and some are just not good cause you can’t even get your prize so your just wasting money or even coins also be really careful with your pin strike card because my mom lost hers and we both had a felling that this group of kids took it"

"I had a good time with my family here, but that is the only thing good about this place. Bowling is extremely overpriced. $40 for a lane for 1hr is overboard. The touch screen system they use for the lanes is glitchy and full of problems. You will need a lot of patience, be prepared. The arcade seemed promising before I saw the prices for each game. $1.00/$1.50 per play on most games, but some are as high as $3.00. The price for the arcade is one thing… the fact that some of the games didn’t even work and they are still available to play is crazy. I understand inflation is a thing but they can do better. Be prepared to spend a hefty amount to attempt to enjoy yourself. Came here with 1 adult and 2 kids."

"I had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting this establishment recently, and I must say, it was nothing short of a disaster. I had my heart set on trying their so-called "Friend Chicken Sandwich," which, according to the menu, promised a mouthwatering combination of onion, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Imagine my shock and disappointment when I received my order, only to discover that it was nothing more than a plain, boring chicken sandwich. Where were the promised onions? Where was the crispy bacon that was supposed to add that extra layer of flavor? And don't get me started on the absence of tomatoes and cheese; it's like they didn't even bother to read their own menu. I tried to salvage the experience by taking a bite of the chicken, hoping that at least the main ingredient would be prepared well. But alas, it was overcooked and dry, which only added to my growing frustration. To top it all off, when I pointed out the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received, the staff seemed uninterested and unapologetic, as if this was a common occurrence. This level of false advertising and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you do go make sure you pay with a credit card so if your order is lackluster you can dispute the charges. If you're looking for a chicken sandwich that actually lives up to its description, look elsewhere. This place is a disappointment, and I won't be returning."
