"The people who were there were all helpful and kind. Great service. Rooms need updated but are clean. And housekeeping is great! I was in a rush when I left and left some of my shoes. They were kind enough to immediately call me so I could pick them up. Very trustworthy."

"This place is disgusting. I booked a room for my mom to stay while we were attending a funeral in Thomaston. The room they assigned to her was dirty and old. Obviously someone had smoked in the room and you could smell the stale air. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling where the LIGHT was and that was a serious hazard. Wyndham should be ashamed of this property and the manager should be FIRED. I will be applying for money back. Thankful nothing happened to my 83 year old mom while the ceiling was leaking through the light fixture. They have since crossed this particular room off the register. However they felt yesterday it was ok for an 83 year old woman SHAME ON YOU"

"We stayed for 2 nights for a birthday. Woke up yesterday morning ready to check out, we slept late so we rushed out. Once we left I realized my 6 year old daughter had bumps all over her arm & face. Bed bug bites. This hotel has bed bugs & they bit my child! I’ve stayed here so many times & never has this issue , it’s the next day and she’s still itchy & the bumps are still very much there. SMH"

"It’s an old hotel, and you can tell. It was in a convenient location and didn’t completely break the bank, though it probably should have been cheaper. I saw another post about them advertising breakfast and they didn’t have anything, so for the price that should have been included. What really got me, was there was an issue with my check out, so my card was on file and said he’d have his manager look at it, since it was saying I had to pay cash. Then I get a call and I have never experienced such bad customer service, as I got a rude voicemail, and then when I called back because I was kinda dumbfounded by the message I received. I was told to make my kids shut up, then for hung up on, then called back to another encounter of me getting hung up on. Then I tried one more time and was told to stop calling. Just WOW!"

"Everything outside was very well kept up. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. No odor or visual signs of damage. However sofa bed had a mattress that was all tore up and no linens were in the room for it. No coffee or condiments in the room and the understanding language with communication that's definitely needed at front desk."
