"I chose Pilot Flying J because they offer the unique option of reserving parking spots in advance. After driving 550 miles, I was looking forward to resting at my reserved spot, for which I paid $17. However, upon arrival, I found that there were no available parking spots despite my reservation. When I sought help from the station staff, they were unable to provide appropriate assistance or solve my problem. Contacting customer service also didn't yield a satisfactory outcome – they merely refunded my $17 and apologized, without solving the overnight parking issue. As a loyal Pilot Flying J customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and problem-solving from your staff. In the future, I will reconsider where I stop for refueling and rest. It's important to note that at other places, even without an online reservation system, I usually find a parking spot without issues. When parking availability is critical for truck drivers, failing to fulfill a promise of a reserved spot is unacceptable. I hope Pilot Flying J takes this incident into consideration and improves their reservation system and support for drivers who rely on reliable parking after long journeys. Please understand my frustration, as I expected much better service when choosing your company."

"I am a handicap driver , I was told to move out of my parking spot . The manager during the first shift said I was okay to be where I was , the lady said that what she said was not okay and that it was her shift now and I must move out of my spot so her Freind could take my spot . I told her I was not moving , I asked her what her name was because I was going to file a complaint, she said and kept repeating her name was Deez Nuts . She came and loudly banged on my truck two times waking me up , I told her I wasn’t moving because the previous manager said I was okay because all the handicapped parking was taken ."

"I stopped here this past week while traveling through and wanted to share that the manager Stephanie was simply amazing! She went above and beyond to get me a fresh hot meal and then proceeded to check me out when I know she had other things she needed to be doing. All in all, a great truck stop! Restrooms were better than expected, even smelled clean."
