I love how they can keep the kids focus and help them learn different things that they can use on the outside. They work with them step by step, keep them energized, acknowledge when they do good. Also keep it fun and I'm glad that I am able to sit and watch the class. So I encourage other people if you are looking to get your child/children in Martial Arts this is the place to go."

"WE LOVE Columbus Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness!!! The gym is super clean, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming every time we come. Our son is very small for his age but he's built up so much self-confidence and made so many new friends (older and younger) since he's started the BJJ and MMA classes. The trainers are all fantastic with the kids and always happy to see them! Since my husband has started the Nogi and Striking class also, this gym has turned into a home away from home for our family during the week. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
