"I'm glad others have a positive experience with them. I, however, did not. I was unaware the facility had reopened and was no longer doing phone calls. My child was kept out of school as we waited for the phone. They were nice enough to work her in. Her appointment was rescheduled for 3:30. We left as soon as we were told they could work her in. I was 5 minutes late arriving (GPS error) and her therapist Brandy had left for the day. I feel like if a child is really in someone's best interest, instead of leaving 5 mins later, maybe call and see how far away the person is. You're dealing with a sick child. An adult, is different."
