"Extremely rude manager 07/31/2023. A Robert helped me with my purchase. He must be new but he did a great job am asking if I needed help with anything. Going to check out and this woman manger comes out playing a video on her phone and has it playing while her phone is charging behind the counter. While Robert was checking me out he goes on to ask if I wanted to sign up for the rewards. I knew this was a question that was going to be asked I knew i wasn’t going to get one. He proceeds to ask if I wanna sign up and I tell him no. She chimes in with her video still playing at max volume to tell Robert that he “needs to try to sell the me memberships harder cause they are getting smashed by the numbers this month”. That was said word for word in front of me and other customers and it wasn’t discreet. Again, while her video is still playing on the phone. I love my local GameStop and will continue to support it but they need to hire better managers."

"Today we came and grabbed up the last Mario Kart switch and with our trade in we were able to get a lot of extras! But let me tell u how amazing our cashier is! She was patient she was helpful and kind! She answered all our questions n helped us pick out the perfect gift to go along with the system! This is the 3rd console I have bought with her as the cashier! Jenna was amazing and I recommend her 1000%"

"Nice little game stop , they have a decent selection of both new and used games . And they have a pretty good selections of pops , toys and other collectables and merch . They do a good bit of midnight releases and a few times have even been able to do midnight releases eirly around 9 or 10 wich is really cool"
