"Certainly not what it used to be. More pricey then before, not a great selection on most games either. One HUGE positive thing it has going for it at this moment, is a gentleman, the Manager, Mr. Cook. His customer service skills are beyond what customer service is all about. He is willing to go above and beyond what it takes for the customers. He has a fantastic attitude and knows how to operate the business. Mr. Cook knows everything about any questions a customer may have. Mr. Cook is the ONLY reason I will go back. Thank you Mr. Cook for having OUTSTANDING customer service!!"
