"Nice lady checked me out and I found what I went for and of course bought other things."

"There was a long line at the one open register and when that cashier had to ask for help the help seemed to take a while. It sounded like they were counting the change in the drawer by dropping one coin at a time."

"Love Dollar Tree, but seriously, this store manager or district manager needs to clean house. This place was a big hot mess. Only the parking lot was clean. Mechandise and boxes of unpacked things littered nearly every aisle. At the checkout, there was only one register open, and there were about five customers standing in line. I saw a cashier at the other reister, and I asked her if she was open. She just stared at me. She made eye contact but just stared blankly. She clearly heard me. Then another customer asked her, and she nodded in the affirmative. Like I said, I love Dollar Tree. Best value in town for greeting cards, school supplies, etc., but I think I'll shop elsewhere in the future."

"Until tonigh, this was my favori my favorite dollar tree location. They carry a wise variety of crafting supplies, always have my necessities in stock. But as I'm without transpiration & have difficulty walking now due to a drunk driver, and it is increasingly difficult to find a ride, it is crucial that when I make it to the store that I am able to acquire the things on my list. , As I was completing my shopping list this evening, , the system shut down and the employees on duty decided to shut down and close the store rather than attempt to reboot, or offer me the option of cashing out by writing a receipt, doing the math the old fashioned way, simply counting items & doing basic math was out of the question. They apologized but refused to serve me, tho I had only about thirty items, that were basics and easily listed for inventory to be scanned in the morrow. And at a dollar tree, it's not difficult to do the math. Counting to thirty, then multiplying tax on the dollar, say, seven cents... That's 7x3=21, put the zero on the end, it's 2.10, which you add to 30$, making $32.10....wow... I'll not be shopping this location again unless they find a way to make this okay, as I still had to pay for my ride, and am going without dinner because it's so late all the other stores are closed. No, I do not accept your insincere apology , nor will I continue to do business with a store that tolerates such or endorses such poor work ethic from employees, & hires managers that cannot do basic math....rant over, waiting for a response...ty, l."

"This was my first BIG shopping trip to this Dollar Tree. We were purchasing over 500 items for our Secret Santa shop at school. This location had some of the coolest stuff I’ve seen in a Dollar Tree. Checking out with 3 or 4 carts can be overwhelming, especially if the store is crowded but they dedicated a checkout just for us and it was quick and well packed up for us. Thank you Lanisha and Haven; you made that easy and went above and beyond to help our school have a great Santa Shop!"
