"I took my car to the Auburn, AL College Street facility 2 days ago and pointed out the grime and tree sap on the hood and roof. The attendant said I would need to get the $20 wash to get a guaranteed repeat. When I got home, I realized that the grime and tree sap were still there. I went back to the same facility two days later, and they refused to redo the wash--saying I had to come back the same day. The two images show the hood after the Goo Goo wash and then after I manually cleaned a small area with just warm water and no soap. If a little warm water and a towel can clean it, then all their fancy equipment should have. When I called the customer service number, all I got was a recording. They should stand by their work. They have lost this customer. Update: Someone at the company saw my review and sent me an email for a free "signature wash." I gave them another chance and tried that, but it did not work any better--even after running it through twice. I asked the manager to simply refund my original $20, but he refused. I'm done."
"Car wash doesn’t work correctly. Attendants need to Check on that occasionally. Soap comes on halfway up on vehicle and rinse is pitiful. Entire facility needs an overhaul. I’m speaking about one on South College."

"I don’t particularly like to use the south college location but because of convenience for that day I stopped by. I am hardly ever pleased with this location because the wash itself always seems half on, only half my car gets really clean, there were lots of extra bugles left on my car this day. It’s like the maintenance isn’t being taken care of on a regular basis."
