"Oil and Filter Change with Tire rotation, Changed battery cable. Everything was great but since I was dropped off at 9:30 am for an oil change I didn't get a call back saying the car was ready. I called at 5:15 pm and Nissan closes at 5:30 pm. The service advisor apologized and said she would stay late for me to come and get my vehicle which she did. Besides that which happens, everything was great!"
