"Extremely unhappy with my visit. The worker snapped a wheel stud, scratched rims during tightening lug nuts, and to make matters worse, the owner refused to address or fix the damage. Poor service and lack of responsibility."
"If you want your lug nuts cross threaded and your studs to snap in half when you got to take your wheels off this is the right place to go! Came here 3 weeks ago to get some tires installed, I go and try to take off my wheels yesterday to put a different set on and 4 out of 5 studs snapped in half. They cross threaded the lug nut with the studs and over tighten with the drill and they didn’t even bother hand tightening the lug nuts first. Would never be coming back and don’t recommend anyone come here if you don’t want to be fixing your studs."
"Went in today to get my tired done,took them 30 to 40 minutes to get to me with three cars in front of me. Now that adverages out to about 10 to 15 mins per vehicle! Definitely will be back in there next week to replace my other tires. Even with the language barrier it was still a great experience."
