"There is a young man that works here who clearly doesn’t know how to do his job, has lack of knowledge about emissions as well. He claimed he’s been doing it for a long time but today I found out through their neighboring location today the young man has only been doing emissions for 6-7 months! I also want to speak about the unprofessionalism from its neighboring emissions place located at the BP in union city. Saying I have bad energy because the little boy at this location lied about how long he has been doing the work is crazy! Not once was I arguing or upset but I said I didn’t appreciate the young man lying about his education in this field! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB for both locations. FYI my car passed emissions the young man at this location just didn’t know what he was doing !!"
"Hard pass if you care at all about customer service. This is my car’s first time needing an emissions test, so once I pulled up, the attendant stepped out, he didn’t say anything but directed me as far as pulling up more. Once I did, he just stood there, so I opened the door and asked if I should step out, he said yea but I guess that simple yes wasn’t enough so he proceeded to say “isn’t that obvious” so I simply replied “no that’s why I asked” all while smiling in an effort to keep it light. He responds with “if you’re looking for a fight I cant help you” I was completely thrown off by that so I let him know I was just asking a question to understand the process, he shrugged his shoulders and continued on waiting for me to get out, I decided that I’d rather not have that kind of exchange and went on down the street to one of the several other emissions shops."
