"Needs to be a zero star option for places like this, worst management that we've encountered will ride the backs of females that out perform them and then start shady tactics to get rid of them when being called out, and it starts all the way from regional management to the department manager if you're a good worker with good ethics DO NOT work here they will use yoo up for their own advancement.. someone don't work for a company for almost 20 years with zero issues to be written up several times within a month unless there is some headhunting going on..."

"Had delivery for the 18th, they cancelled and rescheduled for the 22nd. Said the ‘delivery manager’ is holding the trailer the orders are on because the truck itself broke down. Customer Service was no help. Spoke to 5 reps. No one can explain why the delivery manager won’t hook up that trailer to a not broke down truck and deliver the goods people have paid for."

"Where do I begin? I came into Rooms to Go on Labor Day of 2020. I selected a bedroom set and mattress. The original delivery date was October 2020. That was already a lengthy wait being that we were looking forward to getting our new furniture for our new home. We STILL have no dresser for our clothes because of this inconvenience. October came and it was delayed to January 2021. In December, I called the corporate number & also this store to inquire about my order. The corporate person I spoke with said they were experiencing issues with the manufacturer. She made a promise that I would receive a phone call and/or email about my order that following Monday. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL OR E-MAIL FROM ROOMS TO GO. I also called the store and spoke to the manager; who basically would not let me get much out because he knows that they are messing up. He did not want to hear my complaints. Sorry, but that's your job! It is now January 2021. Have I received my furniture? Of course not! We called today to inquire about the order ONCE AGAIN. The store manager let us know that our order was canceled because of issues with the manufacturer. He then said an email was sent out and a call was made letting us know about the cancellation. With me being tech savvy & always on my phone, I find it hard to believe that I just so happened to miss this VERY important e-mail; the phone call maybe so. Now we have the option to order something else, but who knows if we'll even receive our order before we move out of state! Very dissatisfied with this furniture company who is supposed to be "one of the best". We'd have honestly done better going to a Mom & Pop furniture shop. Rooms to Go is slacking tremendously; would not recommend. Very ghetto."
