Get Air Trampoline Park

"We hosted our daughter's birthday here and the place was good. It wasn't crowded and the best part was we could see where our kids were from top floor. The staff was amazing and were even willing to share the details of the number of jumpers when I wanted to validate the count. They were very accomidating when I said they billed a person extra. They immediately corrected it and there were no arugments what so ever. There wasn't anything for the elders to do except if they want to jump they could jump (will be counted as a jumper and need to pay for them to). It was a nice change of environment and we had good time catching up. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly unlike CatchAir Johns Creek where I had managers shout on me infront of the guests for the pizza they served incorrectly. Riverdale pizza was served here and everyone loved it. The room was ours all the time and there were no one coming and intrupting the party saying you just have 10more minutes. And I must mention the lady manager who took care of us was AMAZING and she was very patient. Always had a smile on her face even when helping us carrying our stuff to upstairs party room. Customer service like this is rare nowadays. Overall the place needs some improvement with cleanliness and I have no other complaints apart from this."

"Completely waste of money. Go to Urban Air or other place. Half of area was closed. Place is dirty & broken pieces of blocks in the area. They should not charging full money when half area is closed or they should inform customers on website. Front staff was not much help & not interested in listening customer concern. I should have read reviews before going :( There are many reviews with same issue but management reply is we will take corrective actions but I dont see any action taken."

"If this review can keep one customer from going to Get Air Trampoline Park in John’s Creek, I’ll consider us even. I went to Get Air on 11.21.23 and purchased my tickets online. I only needed one for my son, but when I got home and saw my credit card statement it said I had bought two. I called up to Get Air, and they confirmed they remembered me coming in with only one child but with two tickets. I asked her if she could refund the other $20 seeing as how I did not use it. Then they said there’s nothing they could do because I purchased the ticket(s) online. I called customer service, and Vanessa told me the same thing. I told her I didn’t want a refund; even a credit would be fine. Again she said there was nothing she could do. I will not be going here again, though we enjoy the place. It’s not like I used their resources and am asking for a freebie. This situation could be reconciled so easily, and yet they were not willing to do anything to make me happy as a customer. It could be bad management, as the toilet in the women's bathroom is constantly clogged with #2 waste, and the foam pits are more dust than foam. However, in case it really is their entire company's policy I will not be returning to any of their locations. There are plenty of trampoline parks out there."
