"No cold water on the single night of our stay, only scalding hot water, even at the sink. Transferred next door to the AC so we could shower the next day for a much nicer and less expensive experience. Got home and noticed they had charged me $500 for my one night but had reserved at $189. Had to call and get everything sorted. Stay at the AC instead."

"To be Fair, the rooms use nice materials, they are very clean and the hotel vibe is nice. I dropped down to a 3-Star because there are no refrigerators in the rooms, the rooms are small-makes you wanna only be in the room to sleep. Really no space to sit your things down, no closet. Boutique must means tiny. Daily parking is high, but that’s to be expected in downtown Atlanta (people/squatters will park in your parking deck as long as they can if you’re not charging). $35 a day though. Protected lot so that’s great. I had to throw away some food because I didn’t have a refrigerator. They mentioned they would refrigerate it for me downstairs, but I don’t trust that. I do appreciate the microwave downstairs but if it’s late night/early morning with your pajamas on, you don’t want to go to the microwave in the lobby every time. They have a pool table, shuffleboard, and mini boardgames in the very large lobby area. They have a couple conference rooms on hotel room floors, and they have two rooms downstairs in the lobby which can assist some groups, but there are other hotels with more group rooms. The weight room and pool area nice. There are many seating areas all around the hotel, which is nice. Easy access to the highway and many other nice restaurants. Very quality restaurants nearby. Of course these restaurants aren’t in low income neighborhoods. Nice staff. Filtered water, tea and milks available. The snacks they have are more expensive than Theme Parks. The High Note restaurant forgot part of my order and the peach cobbler was overpriced and wasn’t good. I am more of an Airbnb person, but my wife had a conference here. The room was a fair stay as far as sleep and nice quality materials but I prefer more space in the room with a refrigerator and microwave my experience with the high note through me and parking also. I can’t speak to the room prices because the company took care of it. If you need a hotel in this location, then this isn’t a bad choice because of location and cleanliness."

"This hotel is definitely not for everyone, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. For NYE we did a triple date in the city and it was the perfect place to park and walk to our dinner reservation. Before dinner we enjoyed drinks at the bar and various activities in the lobby. We even felt comfortable bringing our own bottles down to enjoys a drink of our choice. After dinner we returned to their silent party and had a blast. Definitely a vibe. However, the rooms are small, the hallways are dormitory style and theirs a communal ironing room. We didn’t mind too much bc we knew we wouldn’t be in the room much anyway, but we definitely wouldn’t choose this place if we were looking to relax."

"This place definitely has a...vibe they're going for. Checking in was a hassle. You have to check in at the bar, and the staff are frequently busy with other tasks more important than hotel stuff. If you go into the lobby at night, be prepared for a live DJ and music so loud that you can't hear anyone. Good luck getting a drink at the bar. The staff is busy with other tasks more important than bar stuff. The rooms are quite nice. A step above Holiday Inn with a cool and minimalistic design. There isn't much in the room - no fridge, microwave, or iron. Parking was annoying. Some of the cross streets around this area are just stop signs, and you somehow have to jump across 5 lanes of traffic on a busy street. Then the parking garage is $30+ per day, and you might get charged multiple times if you spend the night (as one does at a hotel). Overall - not worth the price (which was $500+), but you're probably not staying here voluntarily."

"This place has a vibe. The brand is definitely “we’re not a regular hotel, we’re a cool hotel.” But if you’re open to that, it’s a nice place. The lobby actually is pretty cool with lots of couches and sitting areas, pool tables, games, and a DJ at night. And yes, at night this place does get lively. It felt like a mix of wedding party/office party/family reunion/business/drunkity-drunks. The room was nice. Small, and in a slight Scandinavian, minimalist design. But clean and private. Though as others say, the walls are thin. I asked for a room that did not face the pool, and so in didn’t have noise at night. Aside from standard hotel noises (doors, upstairs walkers, hallway conversations) it was not loud. Location is great. Short walk to Piedmont Park and shops, restaurants."
