"Visited 12/29/2023, but this has to be said. The place is fairly clean, but it has fallen from the clean, fantastic theater it used to be. My biggest complaint though: someone needs to fire the guy who sets the drink machines up. It is 90% carbonated water and barely any syrup. Whoever sets the machines has to be a heavy smoker and has no idea of how to properly set up the drink machine. Absolutely awful and I hope they fix it soon or I may be bringing my own drink. A thing I have never considered until my last visit."
"The theater was nasty. All of the floors throughout the building had food and trash all over the floors. They also should look into updating the seats to the recliners…this helps to give a better experience in my opinion. The service from the staff was welcoming but they had to many working tonight for the place to be this nasty."
"The IMAX broke right at the climax of Oppenheimer. This was after getting less than stellar popcorn and pretzel bites that were swimming in grease, encrusted (crunchy) with salt, and not even warm. They could not give me my money back, because I bought online. Could only give a pass, which I did not want as I have no intention of returning. I have to (and have) filed a refund request online (cannot call anyone). They could refund my concessions (which I ordered online) but could not refund my ticket. Unacceptable. Wasted three hours of my life."
"All the coke and slushy machines were down! Unacceptable. Should have been a priority to get the machines fixed. Last visit a month ago, only one machine was working. It's very obvious that they don't get the machines serviced enough. If AMC wants people to still utilize there theaters, this needs to be fixed. We miss Carmike Cinemas!"
