"I HAD TROUBLE EVEN GETTING THIER NAMES I HAD TO LOOK AT MY PRESCRIPTION BOTTLE TO GET THE PHARMACIST NAME I THINK ITS HENRY MARBLE AND THE STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME SO I DONT KNOW BUT HE IS BROWN SKIN LOW FADE THIS KROGER NEEDS TO BE FULLY INVESTIGATED THIS IS NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF WHAT KROGER IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOD IS NOT ALWAYS FRESH LACK OF URGENCY LACK OF ROTATION OF PRODUCTS IN REGARDS TO FIFO LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM QUALITY IS SUBPAR THE STORE IS NOT CLEAN NOR ORGANIZED EFFECTIVELY FOR CUSTOMERS THERE SHOULD NEVER BE THIS MANY COMPLAINTS ALL SAYING THE SAMETHINF I just want to say this is the worst Kroger location I have been to in my life. I am new to Forest Park and was in severe tooth pain and desperately needed my prescription when I went the first time to inquire about my medicine The Black lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude she is dark skin with braids and she is older so you can’t miss her and she said she couldn’t find my name so I said are you sure and she cut me off saying I said it’s not here so I call my dentist to o see what’s going on and they said tell the pharmacy to check Escribe so I went back and this time a light skin man who was working with her asked me my name and date of birth o told him and he said it’s not ready to do you want to wait so I said yes I go shopping for apple sauce and yogurt to pass time while waiting and I was extremely sick I had to go to my car to lay down because I kept throwing up he was so rude when I came back he said I’m just going to be honest I took you out the que because you left I was like everyone else left while waiting how am I any different so then he got really nasty and said well now you will Wait 30 minutes matter fact make it 35 minutes and I was shocked I said you told me 15 minutes and I was throwing up almost passed out in store two customers had to help Me So after making me wait intentionally I tried to speak To the manager and he laughed at me and walked away. My experience was so bad and so traumatic I had to call corporate and have a case number against this Kroger. Then when I tried to get there names to inform corporate they wouldn’t tell me their names and ignored me. I was so disappointed and disgusted with my treatment I took 45 minutes even with me being sick to contact corporate and inform them one about the disrespect and lack of urgency and then the pharmacist wouldn’t even look at my insurance card he kept asking me do you even have insurance and I tired to show him and he told me never mind just wait on the chairs and I couldn’t because o was throwing up and needed to lay down . I will NEVER GO BACK TO GET ANYTHING FROM HERE. READ THE REVIEWS ANd just go to Walmart up the street and I will be following up with my case number. The pharmacist and the manager treated me like I was trash and a laughing joke and I will continue to call corporate until it’s fully investigation I want cameras pulled audio pulled everything so they can see how nasty the employees are I o customers this Kroger is not a good representation of what Kroger stands for and I refuse to accept this"

"I shop this location regularly because it's close to my house and I hate it... It needs help. The produce is always scarce and sketchy. They are regularly out of products that I've never struggled to find at other Kroger locations. The deli almost NEVER has anyone working and when they do, its attitude for days. I understand that this location serves predominantly Black and Brown people but corporate should be ashamed of how poorly managed this location is. Put some effort into providing the same quality service in minority neigborhoods that I KNOW Kroger is capable of because, right now, this store is not upholding your brand... and you are DEFINITELY losing money... P.S. I'm posting this review from the farmers market up the street... where they have produce that doesn't look like it fell off the back of someone's truck"

"As long as you don't buy fresh produce and meat then it's good. I have gone in on several occasions and bought meat that was spoiled as well as bagged carrots that were slimey. They have a No refund policy in place since COVID."

"Never again. I went to the store for my elderly grandmother who is in a wheelchair. I get everything on her list that she asked for, while putting the stuff on the belt, i tell the cashier that her food stamp card doesn’t slide. The cashier who was not friendly at all, never responded the only thing she asked me was did i have a Kroger plus card. Long story short she finish ringing everything up and i hand her the EBT card. She then ask me for my ID and tell me I cant use the card because my name not on it. WTH! So you mean to tell me no one can go to the store for people? I will no longer patronize this location I would rather drive 20minutes out the way to go to another Kroger!"

"I lived in the area for many years. This Kroger is awful and I will never go in there to shop. My husband and I went to buy a sandwich from the deli. We were told they didn’t sell pastrami or corn beef. Even tho it was in the case!!! And had to choose from Turkey or ham. I don’t eat either. So my husband decided to get turkey. When the deli lady took the sheet off the meat, flies were under there. She apologized and said they were having trouble with flies. Thennnnnn she did the unthinkable, she mashed the fly on the corner of the meat try. Unbelievable…. Kroger needs to do better. Revamp that whole store! Deli is too close to the front door. Or get something to control those flies. Won’t be back!"
