The Manor at Becks Lake

"We stayed a night here to break up our longer road trip and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, clean room, great breakfast! We loved our stay and will stay again if we are in the area. Might even make a trip specifically to stay here again. Tom & Myra were wonderful hosts. Very nice people and made us feel very welcome. Their dogs were also super sweet, made me feel better since I hadn’t seen mine in a few days."

"We were recently married in Rockmart Ga and had the pleasure of renting the entire manor, cabin and cottage for us and our friends/guests to stay. Our stay was wonderful, from the warm greeting and friendly atmosphere, the spacious rooms and gorgeous views, you just feel like your at a close friends home. We enjoyed coffee and delicious home cooked breakfast by Myra and Tom every morning while taking in the views and peacefulness of Beck’s Lake! The guests had a great time on the lake fishing and using the kayaks and canoes. We even had our rehearsal dinner hosted by the owners in the Manor. Everyone raved about the food and service provided! Myra and Tom go out of their way to make everything perfect and special. Our a wedding weekend was everything we hoped for and more!! We will be retuning as a married couple to enjoy the peacefulness of the lake in the near future."

"Tom and Mara are wonderful hosts. They are very accommodating and make us feel like home. They prepare and serve excellent breakfast everyday. The surroundings are so serene, peaceful and relaxing. There are walking paths you can take through the woods. We booked the whole place for a wedding event, including the two suites and two rooms in the main house, a cottage with two rooms, and a cabin. It can host up to more than 20 people. We enjoyed the stay very much and don't mind coming back here just to relax."

"My friend and I biked the Chief Ladiga and Silver Comet trails and stayed two nights at the cottage at Beck's Lake. The property is about 3/4 of a mile from the trail and near the midway point, making it ideal for a few days of adventure. Myra and Tom were the most gracious hosts. The property was beautiful and the breakfast every morning was delicious! We were given a menu to choose from each evening and breakfast was delivered to the cottage each morning.We thoroughly enjoyed our biking adventure and would definitely stay here again."
