Skrappy Gaming:

"Do not come to this location for any vehicle services. I had to schedule a service for recall work, the soonest they could schedule me for was 3 weeks out. I show up for my 10am scheduled appointment at 9:53. I’m told the recall work will take 2 hours so I sit patiently in the waiting room… after 3.5 hours I start walking around and notice my car sitting in the parking lot, so I go ask about it. They did an oil change and none of the recall work I was scheduled for, it’s even on the paperwork “technician did not complete”. 3.5 hours for an oil change, with a scheduled appointment, and no explanation for why services were not done, and I’ll still have to reschedule for the recalls(critical safety recalls btw). The desk associate told me “I’m more mad than you, I’m not paid to watch these children” referring to the service technicians. Trust me, find another Hyundai dealer."
