"I would strongly advise against using this auto body shop, based on a series of disappointing experiences that began when I entrusted them with my wrecked car through insurance. Despite their claims of being a certified Subaru body shop, the service I received was far from professional. After waiting over a month, I picked up my car only to find several issues: noticeable panel gaps, a non-functional rear window, and improperly installed plastic pieces. When I reported these problems to Justin, an employee, he assured me they would be fixed upon return. The situation worsened when I noticed a subtle but persistent noise from the front passenger side tire area whenever I exceeded 40 mph. Despite multiple visits to address the panel gaps and rear window, my concerns about the noise were largely ignored by Justin, who seemed uninterested in investigating further. In an effort to provide concrete evidence, I returned with multiple voice recordings of the sound. Although they provided a loaner car and took mine in for another day and a half, the outcome was disheartening. Justin claimed that after a thorough check by their managers and himself, no noise was detected. This claim directly contradicted the dashcam footage I reviewed, which clearly showed that the car had not been properly inspected for the noise issue; it had merely been parked after the acrylic on the rear bumper was applied. Upon confronting Justin about the lack of inspection, he defensively denied the oversight and instead accused me of fabricating issues. His responses were dismissive, questioning what he should report to the insurance company and implying that I was unreasonable for expecting them to acknowledge the problem. The suggestion to bring the car back for a fifth time for an inspection by a Subaru dealer felt like a hollow gesture after the significant expenses I had already incurred for their substandard service and poor-quality paint job. In conclusion, the experience was marred by a blatant lack of accountability and customer service. The shop's failure to properly address and rectify the issues, combined with their defensive attitude and questionable claims of certification, left me extremely dissatisfied."

"Our car was in a rock shower, and it scraped paint on the hood and front end down to the resting part. These guys got us right in. They are a USAA Star shop and had us out in 3 days. We needed the car for a road trip, and they got it done for us. Justin was great, and the car looks terrific. Thank you!"

"I took my truck here based on a recommendation after I had a couple trees fall on it in a terrible storm. My truck only has 14,000 miles on it so I wanted it fixed right. Overall the experience was great. Communication from the shop was good, friendly service. They went over their initial estimate on how long it would take but made up for that by providing me a rental car at no charge. Upon getting my truck back, it looks fantastic, they did quality paint and body work to put it back to like new condition again. I would certainly trust them again with repairing my vehicles. However, a little extra attention to finishing detail would earn them a 5th star. My truck was taken apart for a long period of time and it appears the interior of the truck sat uncovered for a while and was not wiped down/vacuumed before being given back to me. There were multiple surfaces inside the truck still covered in dust, and I found several small shards of glass left from where the old windshield was busted by the tree falling on it. Also I noticed my tailgate power lock was not working. I had to crawl under the truck to find the part of the wiring harness that had not been plugged back in. Minor details, but would have made the experience perfect otherwise. Overall I would recommend them."
