"I had a fender bender and took my car to Tri-Circle Auto Center. Austin, Glen and family did a FANTASTIC job on my repairs! They were a little busy - most good shops are - but they worked me in. 1. They were finished on time, but then noticed a small crack. 2. They called to let me know about the issue and gave me some options. 3. They told me, "We should have caught it, so we'll cover the extra bit." (Who does that anymore?!?) 4. They got me my car back better than before! Absolutely would recommend - in fact, I just did recommend them to a friend, which is what prompted me to write this review. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!"

"I didn't know that I was going to be coming here today. In fact I didn't know I was going to be coming here 3 minutes before I pulled in, but I picked up something in my tire and when it dislodged I heard it hit the bottom of the vehicle carriage and my tire pressure light almost immediately came on. Not good news! This was the first auto place that I saw so I immediately pulled in. The nice folks there told me that they didn't have staff availability to plug a tire but they would put air in for me so I coukd get a mile down the road to a tire place. Well it turns out the puncture was bad enough that they went ahead and plugged it while I waited and I was able to drive even a little further than I expected in order to get it repaired. These nice people went above and beyond what they had to do to help somebody who limped in at the last minute needing help. I definitely want the kindness to go appreciated and to encourage people who are considering using this business to know that there are good people here. I am extremely grateful!"

"Make/Model/Year: Toyota / Sienna / 2012 Description: Was rear ended by a Dodge Ram 3500. Rear door was completely smashed in. Review: I can't say enough great things about this shop. From start to finish, they were very professional, very friendly and most importantly, communicated very precisely about the work, progress and how things were looking. Glen from this shop is awesome so definitely ask for this guy. I'm a huge fan of this place and if I ever need anything else done, this is the only place I'm taking my vehicles. I'm not an unreasonable person by any means, so if something comes up, and it's communicated to me in an appropriate fashion, I can deal with that. An example of why I'm a huge fan of this place is this. Initially, I was told that the van could be ready around Dec. 4th. Something happened and there was a part that was on back order. Glen immediately reached out me, let me know what the hold up was, apologized and asked if they could get me a rental for the inconvenience. This in itself showed the dedication to customer service and accountability these guys have. I already had a car to drive so I declined their offer but it was appreciated. My van looks completely flawless and the workmanship seems top notch. Give these guys a call or check them out if you have the unfortunate need for body work and repairs."
