"I am not satisfied with this service at all. I was involved in a 4 car pile up and the at fault insurance referred me to this company. They connected my headlight to my turning signal causing my car to stall. I took it back picked it up the second time and my seats were soaking wet, which caused extreme condensation to all my windows and now it smells like mildew. All they had to say was bring it back and we will detail it for you. No apologies or explanation on how or why it happened."
"My hood isn't even lined up with the bumper like it should be and before the accident it was. I took it back and they said it was a piece that clamps in but it's no clamp in area for the plastic piece that's causing my bumper to look off. Also I don't think they realigned my vehicle or checked to make sure everything was aligned and set to normal. My car goes to the right side very bad and I hear wobbling and a vibration on my right side. I would have thought they would have checked EVERYTHING to make sure I have a safe ride after the car had been in a accident. My car should have been realigned and EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED."
