"I took my van to have its exhaust pipe looked at after it broke off from the manifold while driving. They replaced the OEM catalytic converter with a universal type and the pipe was welded and repositioned, crookedly, causing a very annoying rattling sound against the underside of the van. They later said it was because the engine mounts were broken, and the engine torque forced the pipe against the van underside when revved up. They wanted $740 to fix it. I laughed and left. Then I paid an ASE certified mechanic friend $150 to replace the engine mounts (parts: $246). My friend said it was the worst exhaust pipe and catalytic converter repair job he had ever seen. He invited his mechanic friend over to see it and they laughed together. He plans to fix the rattling problem the correct way tomorrow for $75. It seemed to us that A2Z had no interest in fostering customer loyalty. They only wanted to make more money off our dilemma. Our advice: find an ASE certified mechanic and save your money."

"The worst experience in my life, I hate that I had to give one star that is to many. I brought my car here to have a alternator replaced I had to call to find out my car was done so I would not be charged storage fees. When I came to get my car the owner pulled it to the front and left it running with my key inside and someone ran got in it and stole my car. The entire time of my panic and waiting for the police the owner could not stop smiling and laughing which makes me believe that was an inside job. Don’t trust them with you vehicle"
