"Audi Atlanta is top notch and the service department is no different. When I'm here (and it is rare because Audi's are such wonderful vehicles), I am warmly greeted immediately and ushered inside to another warm and friendly smile. Yesterday, Matt Webb went above and beyond to take care of me. And I had such a fantastic experience with him that I forgot I was there to deal with the bother of a blown out tire. I cannot say enough kind and wonderful words about him. If you are lucky enough to be assigned to him, you will not be disappointed. This is a well run business that clearly values its employees and clients alike."

"I have a 2019 A6 and my wife has the 2019 SQ5 - we've owned 4 Audi's. My wife and I have both bought Audi's from Atlanta Audi. We ready enjoy the way they look, drive and feel. It always seems to take longer to get repairs completed for our cars than for the other brand cars we've owned. But, they were not Audi's. I've been to their large shop and have seem the professionalism that goes into making sure repairs are preformed correctly. With that said, my last experience was great. The alternator when out on my car. I'm currently under a CPO warranty. Audi USA had my car towed to Audi Atlanta's service department. My rep-tech, K.C., checked my car in and gave me an overview of what they have to do and the projected time line for completion. Each day K.C. sent me an update. I actually got my car back quicker than K.C. expected, which as great. No cost! I can't say enough about how great a job K.C. did to help with my repairs. One quick note to Audi Service - If I schedule an appointment for my car to get an oil/filter change, I should not have to wait 4 hours... please fix this! Thanks :-)"

"I had to pick up my fathers car with an old key and the car was giving me issues, turns out the key just had a dead battery. I was able to get to Audi in Atlanta and Matt Webb was super helpful and instantly fixed my problem with a new battery and a smile. In seconds he fixed my problem and I was on my way. Thanks Matt!"

"Brought our Audi S7 to get a wheel and tire repair and asked to please check shaking and or other damages while it was getting fixed since we hit a curb over the weekend. Dropped it off on Monday and then got a call Monday afternoon and they tell me their machines were down and if they could keep the car overnight because they were backed up. I reluctantly said yes because I didn’t want them to check my car fast, but actually take their time. Finally, Tuesday I have to call because it is now almost 12 and no one has called and they tell me it’s ready so I get a Lyft back to the dealership and I ask about the shaking of the car and they have me do a ride along with a tech and then they recommend I have a balance and rotation but I would have to wait 3 hours because they were busy…so now it has been two days, my car is still not ready, and I have been in the waiting area for 2 hours now and will have to wait who knows how many more until my car is finished. The wheel repair is also subpar work - it still looks damaged and wonky. The wheel looks like it’s warped and the tire looks like it was rubbed a million times. I would not recommend to come and get a wheel and tire repair here. When I shared my concerns with the advisor he said “this is the best they can do” UNREAL. My car was also super dirty when they pulled it up, I asked if we could get it washed and they took it and then I see my advisor running out saying it can’t be washed because of the wheel repair. No one is on the same page, there is a huge backlog of cars…super disappointed as this is our first Audi and expected 5 star service and are receiving 1 star service. Very disappointing."

"After 20 years of driving an Audi, we have decided to walk away from the brand completely…… due to service. Our air conditioner is broken and Audi Service said they couldn’t fix it until August. Immediate drop off at dealer for good"
