"I register online. 99% of the time a shuttle is waiting on me and they work to get in and out of the airport fast rather than waiting too long for a full van. The drivers are always pleasent and helpful. And, right off of 285, it is the easiest to get in and out of, and without having to fight Airport Traffic (Parking Spot 2)."
"Convenient location and decent prices, discounts. Things of concern. - parking spots are far too small for a full size truck and there are no options to find a suitable spot. - invoices don't show the form of payment or the last four of the CC used so they're basically useless for expense reports. - no service to international terminal. - frequency of shuttles are about half as frequent as Parking Spot 1."
"An overall great experience! Both drivers we had to and from the airport were kind and helpful. However, Claudia went above and beyond! After exiting the bus and getting all the way to the airport baggage drop off, I realized I left my phone in the bus. After calling it frantically, Claudia answered and said she was still on the premises. She waited while I ran back through the airport to retrieve it. She saved my phone and my trip! Will definitely use this parking lot anytime I fly out of ATL in the future."
"Love this company! We use Parking Spot 2 every time we travel. We are picked up immediately by courteous drivers who help with our luggage. The busses are rarely crowded. The drivers also put our bags in our car when we return and our suitcases are heavy. The app also makes entering and paying so easy. TIP your drivers - they deserve it!!"
"I travel to Orlando every month for couple of days for office meetings and usually park at Park & Fly plus, this time I decided to give Parking Spot a chance to see how it is. My flight got delayed for an hour or so due to bad weather in Orlando (Not my fault or nothing I can do) so I got delayed getting back to Atlanta. My time out was 7pm but unfortunately I got out at 8pm, I was charged extra $13 at check out for just one hour delay. I felt ripped off, I will go back to parking at Park & fly plus I never had this issue there."
