"I have had service on my car by Prime Collision Repair on many occasions and they have never disappointed me. I had a incident at a car wash and my windshield blade was broken. I took it to Prime Collision Repair the next day and spoke to Jerry Hurley. He is such a great guy. Jerry immediately ordered the part and within a few hours my windshield wipers were good as new. Jerry even touched up a scratch on my car and didn't charge me for it. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs body work done on their car or any other service that they offer."

"Nobody wants to ever go to a collision shop but sometimes, it happens. That said, we've been here on two separate occasions and the experience both times was top notch. The first time was last year. It's an older car that we might have given up on if the used car market wasn't so insane. Glad we did not because prime did an excellent repair and we really like the car. The second time was just last week. We had an issue with something on the undercarriage. Did not know what to expect. The gentleman was able to fix it with just a couple of bolts, right on their parking lot. He wouldn't even take any money from us. Would highly recommend because they are nice, do good work and are honest. I don't remember his name but hopefully he sees this - thank you!"

"They where super polite and informative from the get go. I felt comfortable with the receptionists, adjusters and mechs / body / painters. The car came out better than new. All body lines part matching pure finish and color match were 110%. Driving quality is perfect and once again I am highly impressed with there precision of work! Totally recommend and absolutely pleased with there timing and professionalism!"

"I had a dreadful experience at Prime Collision Repair, which turned a simple 30-minute car repair into a nightmare, all thanks to the business owner. They failed to communicate properly with me and neglected to install a little piece on my car. When I inquired about this oversight, the owner responded by physically throwing me out of their office. In the past, I had used this business to successfully repair two of our cars and even recommended them to a friend. So, looks like I made the mistake of giving them another chance. However, every time I tried to address the issue with the owner and understand what went wrong, I was met with refusal to explain, and he repeatedly pushed me out of the office, shutting the door in my face. The only response I received was, 'You're done, get out; I'm the owner and I can do whatever I want. I don't like you!' I've never experienced such humiliation in public, in front of other customers and their employees. If you're looking for subpar service and enjoy being mistreated and pushed out to a parking lot by the owner who refuses to engage in a constructive conversation, then by all means, do business with them. However, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere for a more respectful and competent service."
