"I had a scheduled oil change and mentioned to Al Davis that I was hearing a weird noise that sounded like it may be coming from the transmission. Al verified what I was hearing, and unfortunately the transmission needed to be replaced. He was very diligent in working with my extended warranty company to determine if the repairs were covered, answering all of their questions and walking the inspector through what was going on. Unfortunately the repair was denied, however Al bent over backwards to try and get it covered. Thank you Al, I truly appreciate all of your help!"
