"I had a pretty significant water leak in my Ford Explorer during some really bad storms. I drove over to Brooks Body Shop while it was storming after receiving ZERO help from the Ford Dealership. Justin listened to me and walked out in the rain to see what was happening. I could tell he really felt for me. He explained the full schedule that they had and let me know he just wasn't sure when they could fit me in. We were able to leave the vehicle with them and they worked on it when they could find time. They were so kind and so helpful and didn't seem to be annoyed with the calls we were making for updates. Small town living allows itself for us to not have a whole lot of options when it comes to different types of businesses, but I will choose Brooks Body Shop every time and I will tell everyone I know! Thank you for making a messy situation turn out well! We appreciate it more thank you know!"
"Awesome Customer Service! My vehicle was involved in a "hit and run" I chose this body shop because of the location and convenience, I am glad that I made the right choice. From start to finish, Mike, kept me informed on the entire repair process. The communication was very convenient, I was able to text him at anytime if I had any questions and vice versa. They did a fantastic job. Brooks Body Shop is very busy, you may have to wait a week or so, to drop off your vehicle However, it was worth the wait."
