"I brought in a replacement headliner shell from a different year to be recovered. The owner held it up inside the cab and said that it would fit, but he failed to mark the locations where the holes should be cut for the interior light and visor screws. The shell turned out to be too short, leaving a gap in the back, but could have been used if he had marked the holes properly. The hole for the light was cut in the wrong place, making the whole project a waste of money. When I complained and said I would only pay 2/3 the agreed price, he agreed. When his grandson gave me my sun visors in a bag, I assumed they were finished, but when I got home I realized he had not covered them, but only gave me the fabric. My only recourse is to go back and raise hell, which I am considering."
