"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! i took my car in for a consultation on a Thursday and did not receive any word on my car until Tuesday. When we got to the shop today, the battery on my car was DEAD!( A NEW BATTERY THAT WAS PURCHASED NOT EVEN A WEEK AGO) when Questioned about it, the workers stated it was an accident on their behalf however they did not know who was responsible & the owner just refused to work on my car any further. I did not come off as rude and i was not causing a scene. ALSO while waiting on assistance to get answers on my car, a worker from the establishment jumped into the drivers seat of the vehicle that i arrived in (THAT WAS NOT BEING SERVICED BY THE COMPANY) and proceeded to drive without any type of warning or indication as to why. I politely asked the worker to get out of the car. He then stated that “it was not a big deal” and walked off 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"
