"HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. before the guy starts he was informed that these were directional tires and rims, he still put the tires on the rim backwards or reverse rotation. So we pointed out that the tires on the rims were wrong the guy then proceeds to argue and says he wasn't going to change it and don't nobody pays attention to that stuff.. we argued that a true tire person would know this especially if he was informed before, his attitude and demeanor was so bad and to deesculate the situation we left and will never return only to have to pay someone to fix his mistake..pics included he did put two on right and two on wrong but pics included of both. The tire laying down is correct bc the bow is going in the right direction. Oh yeah just noticed no stem caps..oh yeah he did say he's a tire shop not a rim shop even though he was informed before and it clearly says the direction on the tire."
