"The seat was recovered for rips. They used the wrong color leather and also scratched up door moulding and paint. Also the cushion is hanging out of the back of the seat where they failed to sew completely. I inquired about it and they denied doing the damage as well as arguing the leather was the same color, telling me my other leather was dirty. I believe Paul was his name started using foul language during our conversation. I couldn’t believe he would talk like that to a customer. Never again will they get my service. I would warn you to stay away."
"I have used their elite services before. Great work. Had a Jeep Grande Cherokee driver side seat foam replace. Could not tell where they went in to do the removal/replacement. Had the headliner and side panel replaced in a Volvo. Clean job. I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado that is going to have driver seat foam replaced. Good guys, Great work!"
