"They did a great job on my car but I can tell somebody had been driving my car. The mileage is over and my gas is way less than when I dropped it off. My car also have a backup camera around the car tag and it is unplugged. After taking my car back to them they told me I need to leave my car or wait around until they take it apart to find out why my camera is not working. I told them I don’t have time to wait around cause this is my only day off and they had my car for 2 weeks it should have been fixed. I asked what am I supposed to do about transportation. The guy told me I could wait until they get done. I told them to give me my car back. I did a report with the BBB because their technician knew my car was not put back together because when I picked it up it was backed in and the camera did not come on when they backed in."
"Five Star did a great job on my car. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way. My only complaint would be about the new headlight that was not checked until they were ready to install it. Turned out to be the wrong headlight in the box and it caused a two day delay in getting my car back."
"Five Star Collision Center was great! I don’t know about the other five stars but I do know this one is a good one! The people at the desk were very kind and the process to fix my car was very quick. It only took about 4-5 work days. I’m not promising the same to you but it was quicker than expected. The car looks brand new and I’m ver glad I made this choice. Although the price for my new headrest was very expensive, that wasn’t their fault because they just ordered it and it was the only option for my car. Overall I highly recommend them and am thankful for the repairs!"
